to cook up a feast, I have a simple Indian style Macaroni made with only a
pressure cooker and a few ingredients readily available in any kitchen. This
Macaroni Indian recipe is a favorite and best for movie nights.

Ingredients for Macaroni Indian Style:
Macaroni - 3 pkt (510 gms.)
Onion - 2 nos
Green chili - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 no
Carrot - 1/2 no
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken masala - 1/2 teaspoon
(optional)
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - as required
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
How to make Marconi Indian style
at Home:

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the
cumin seeds and garlic sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

Add onions and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame then add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 – 3
minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, tomato
ketchup, garam masala, chicken masala, and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook
for 1 minute.

Add the macaroni, toss well and cook on a medium
flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
·
Serve the delicious Marconi Indian style hot and
garnished the dish with cheese.
