How to make Restaurant Style Hakka Noodles | Read Step by Step







Hakka Noodles are easy and delicious wok-tossed noodles. Thin noodles are tossed with veggies and sauces on high flame to make this Indo Chinese delicacy. Serve it with Manchurian or Chilli and you are sorted. 

Hakka Noodles is an Indo-Chinese dish that is enjoyed all over the country. A healthy dish that contains different vegetables which supply an ample amount of nutrients to the body. A simple dish that can be made in a limited time. A big advantage is that kids will not make a fuss to eat vegetables. Also, you can add shredded chicken or prawns as per your taste.

Make this yummy Hakka Noodle Recipe with eggs and vegetables for a weekend lunch or dinner. It's simple to make and everyone would enjoy the flavor of the Hakka noodle.

Ingredients:

Hakka Noodles - 4 pkt

Onion - 2

Capsicum - 1

Cabbage - 1 small piece

Carrot - 1 (medium)

Egg (optional) - 6

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon

Green Chilli - 1

Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Pepper Powder - 2 teaspoon

Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon

Green Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon

Schezwan chutney - 1 teaspoon

Vinegar - 2 teaspoon

Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon

Salt 

Cheese (Optional)

Make Hakka noodle for home

Step 1: Preparing noodles

Take water in a pan, add salt and noodles and let it boil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame. Strain the noodles and add 1 tsp oil, mix it well and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.  Now Break the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well.


Step 2: Make egg and mix it with the vegetable

Make an omelet and cut it into small pieces. You can also make scrambled eggs in the same wok you would use to make noodles. To make noodles, add oil in a wok along with all the vegetables and stir fry them on high flame for 2-3 minutes.


Step 3:  ready and serve the Hakka noodle

Add boiled noodles, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and chili sauce to it. Mix everything and cook for about 2 minutes. Now add the cooked egg and spring onions. Stir it well and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
