Dosa is a super easy and healthy food for breakfast or a quick snack. The special thing about dosa is that dosa is not just popular in India, you can find dosa in many parts of the world.
Dosa is thin, crisp like a pancake in Tawa with little oil.
Dosa makes an indulgent breakfast compare to any other breakfast we can make a
plain dosa or masala dosa with potato fill inside.

Raw Rice – 2 cups (Soaked Overnight)
Coconut – 8-9 Tablespoon

Easy guide to make Neer Dosa at home:
Step1: Create a Batter
Take 2 cups of raw
rice which are soaked for 7 - 8 hours. Add 8 – 9 tbsp of coconut. After adding,
grind the Coconut and Rice using a Grinder. Add Water after the grinding
process
Step2: Make a healthy
Neer Dosa
Take a pan heat it with Oil and Butter Pour Dosa batter in a
circular form. Add some oil and close the lid. After few minutes remove the lid
and add butter. Carefully fold the Dosa and serve with yummy chutney or any
liquid portion of your choice.
Remember – Before making each dosa check the batter and add
water if required
