Ingredients:

Maida 2 cups
·
Milk as per the quantity
·
Sugar 3 teaspoon
·
Salt (a pinch)
·
Butter 2 teaspoon
·
Yeast 2 spoon
·
1 egg
·
Cardamom
Step1: Make a Paste
Take 2 cups, Maida, in a
container, Take 2 teaspoon of yeast in another container. Add warm milk in the
yeast container as per the quantity. Keep the east aside take maida container
and add sugar 3 tsp, Salt a pinch for giving a twisted taste. And lastly, add
butter 1 tablespoon. Mix all the ingredients well. Add warm milk + yeast and
add that to the maida jar. Take an egg and blend well after that take ¾ cup warm
milk and ½ part of beaten egg and make a dough. Leave it and cover it well for
around 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 2: Mix coconut
The main part of making your bun unique and juicy. Make a powder with sugar 3-4 tbsp with cardamom. Take grated coconut, ½ cashew nut, tooty fruity, cherry, and powdered sugar(*with cardamom ) created before and mix them gently.
Step 3: Make your bread
Take the Aata portion move around
the dish to check that aata is soft or hard. After that divide the aata into
two portions. Take any of the portions and flat around the dish don’t forget to
add smoothness by adding butter & maida in your portion. Spread the portion
across the dish and repeat the process for 2nd portion.
Step 4: Wrap up
Take the 2nd portion
of aata and add coconut mix between both doughs. Watch out for a corner move
the dish and properly place the dough with your hand. Also, add egg wash (half
portion) over the dough properly then cover the dough dish and Put for baked
for 5 mins. Now cut the Coconut bun is ready to serve. Cut in between to give a
better impression.
